The Shabad Guru employs the Naad, a totally balanced universal sound, to remove the constrictions and distortions of the ego."  - 3HO Happy Healthy Holy Organization

Narayan

Mantra Meaning

This was my first Shabad I fell in love with.  It is so nurturing and revitalizing for the soul.  Narayan is another name for God with the meaning of water.  It was given to the Sikhs as a way to heal from a devastating attack on the Golden Temple.  It is chanted to nourish divinity in the soul and body and to bring that which has been lost, back to life.
